I just received a reply from a technician at Mr. Gasket about the rubber grommet they have lited online and in their catalogs. According to them part number 2807186 is the rubber grommet that goes into the shifter and tranny arm holes. I ordered it through Jegs under their part # 530-280-7186, for those that may need it.
