I ended up buying a new O-ring kit from the dealer. I didnt realise it at the time but the O-rings were quite thermal stressed and there was no way I was going to chance a leak resulting in a fire. The instructions stated that the two different colored upper and lower were now the same material in the kit provided. I asked the guy at the counter as to what is recommended to ease the installation and he said their mechanics used motor oil. I took the injectors out, stood them upright in a shallow bath of injector/gas treatment and wiped them to a bright shine. The oil made the installation a breeze and before I knew it, I fired the car up and its been running great. I waited until I was certain there were no leaks appearing before I drained the old coolant and just last evening, replaced it with Prestone "Orange". The engine is running a little cooler now, about 180ºF. It was averaging in the mid 190's before I replaced the Plenum.
Thanks for all your valuable input in this (again) Travis. And thank you for too John for your info on the injectors as well. I can never have enough tech info.
