I assume you're talking about the 68 version? The dash pad is repoped which should be the vilnyl, padding and metal skeleton (I'm assuming). The cover is a ABS type plastic overlay that you would put on over your old dash pad.
If you're talking about the 69 version; can either buy a dash cover or send it to Just Dashes in Calif. for about $600-700 and about 6 weeks delivery time.
I have read that the covers are nice for a driver but not a show car.
I'm just hoping that the 69 is repoped before I get to that stage of my rebuild.
