Thanks everybody, and Judge ITO I look forward to and appreciate the pictures you are sending. I took the steering wheel off some time ago thinking I had a bad contact. I replaced it at that time with a new one thinking everything would be fine. No such luck. I am fairly sure I put the new one in correctly though.
