Take the VINs to your local DMV,(hopefully they know you)and ask it they will run them for you.The thing is maybe the cars haven't been registered in the state for several years or maybe thay are in a different state.Also(if your lucky)ask a local cop or State Trooper if they will run the VIN.Good luck!
