With all the rot, Id check the body to frame mount out (the front cab mount) completely. You may have rot through the left (from your pics) edge of the mount, the edge of the floor, and through the kick panel where all 3 of these come together in a "sandwhich". Mine did, and I removed the front mount from the car completely for repairs. My resto is a frame off btw so you might have problems getting it off if you go that route. On the passenger side, I had the same problem, and left it on. I found working around it difficult.
