this is an ebay auction I won.
After receving this carburetor I relized that it was not the 7041267 I had purchased.
how did I come to this conclusion?
1. The second booster ring appears to have been cut off
2. on the side of the carb it says "Manufactured by Carter for GMC"
3. There is no Assembly plant code
4. date code is 0702
I tried asking for a refund and using the ebay squaretrade service but I could not get a refund. I recently filed an ebay fraud claim for misrepresented merchandise, but I need a name and telephone number from an independent party saying that the merchandise was misrepresented to complete the fraud claim form.
Can anyone here help me out?
