I would never build my own headers. Its just not worth it. I can't weld either.
You're best bet is to take it to a shop that builds tube frame cars. They will usually do it, or direct you in the right direction.
Kooks would prbably need your car. P-dude is a Ed's header dealer now and may be able to help.
