In regards to finding the dealer, hit this link:
http://ultimategto.com/art18.htm and scroll down a bit to zones 8 and 9 and see if the dealer is located there.
Also, try not to use the 'caps lock' key when you post; it's hard on the ol' eyes to read all caps!
