In '71 all 455's were automatics. You could not get a d port 455 with a stick beginning in '71. No,T-37's, LeMans, GTO's, GP's, Cat's, Bonneville's or FB's. Literature even shows it. Tried to buy one in '71 and was told by dealer that they weren't available.
Manual trans were for 6's, and all V-8's except the standard 455.
