I use Mobil 1 15 or 20W-50. I may try something a little bit less viscous later on. Pro Stocks all use synthetic.
The main advantage of using synthetics is you can use a thinner oil and get the same amount of protection due to the synthetics' ability to resist breaking down with heat and pressure like "regular" oil.
