If you don't have the money for a new motor my suggestion is to check the timing cover where they are talking about. Pontiacs are very prone to corrode their. If need be replce the timing cover then put in some bars leak and if the milk stops then change the oil a couple of times and run it. It's atleast a cheap chance it may work. I dont think it's a head gasket because would either pressurize coolant system or burn water. A compression tester would tell you something, if one or two of cylinders are low but i don't think it would make oil milky. Just realize that if you do try to run it after that there is a good chance that the motor will not last very long. They do make something to pressurize your cooling system but if it's an internal leak you still wount see it leaking. Sorry about the bad luck but it's a good time to jump in there and learn so you don't have to pay anyone. If you need help on taking things apart just ask and i am sure this board will help you.
