Just about every big time racer started out with nothing.... Sponsors like winners and like evenmore strong competitors... Ray always seem to have a can do attitude and it appears that he keeps on trucking along even though he knows inside that the competition has a edge....
Ray keep on plugging along and keep a positive attitude like you have and good things will come to you....

Oh I agree with Tom marry a rich woman that would be a good start.....
