If you'll notice, the switches are built in opposing directions. Tilt switches move in the opposite direction from the non-tilt switch. You can tell by the reverse position of the switch housing from the connecting section, where the harnesses plug in.
I'll try to get a look at the switches and tilts I have here, but it may not be tonight.
