I got ripped off on eBay and according to the auction this part ( 9799127 XF ) was off a 1969 428 with no power steering or air conditioning. Why it has 2 belt grooves I do not know but if anyone has the microfiche or part # book please check the part number for a 69 428. According to what I found out so far a 428 with only an alternator has a single groove pulley.

This is the pulley I bought. To bad the seller took pic of ONLY angle that did not show terrible chrome peeling and rust. The side and back are terrible and the rust that is showing at angle is hidden by the brown reflections.
He said that item was ok when he put it in box but rust that deep does not develop that fast and there was not chrome flakes in box.
