I had that problem reoccur this weekend on my NOS shroud. I got beneath the car and pulled down on the shroud on the pass side corner and put a 3/4 inch rubber spacer in there. I will see how that hold it. If It does well, I may just tap a screw there to hold the spacer in place or glue it there. It is not noticeable if I paint the head of the screw black.
