Wow stuffedfrog you really are a beginner (or perhaps just an idiot, or both!). To remove the drums, just remove the center bolt where the bearings are and the drum (with studs attached) comes off! Stuffedfrog, maybe you'd be better off in a different hobby...something without moving parts.
