Rather then debate the Moroso stuff.
My filler flows like pancake batter. I have used a transmission funnel deep into the upper side behind the cylinders and poured it in the rear freeze plug to fill the whole block. Go around the front and pour in the rest to complete. Better flow. Sets up in an hour or two to do the other side and can bore and hone 24 hrs later.
Can't get any easier.
