I have a TKO600 and my 455 is currently being built. Considering I have a street car set up for handling with 17" wheels and a 3.73 gear, I don't think I'll ever get enough traction to break anything.
That being said, the TKO 600 is the only manual trans with OD that easily bolts into our cars. So there really is only one choice if you need 600 ft/lb of torque capacity.
