Jandro - The radiator is 27" by 19" with 22.5" of fins. The fan shroud is 22" by 19" and fits like a glove. I bought mine at the link below for about $149. I used an adjustable thermostat and a Ford starter solenoid. It knocks about 100 rpm out of my idle when it kicks on but it pulls some serious air through the radiator.
