No, just reverse. It's built into the transmission.
Also, I've got a Fortes billet shifter and at least as far as I can tell by sitting in the seat, shifting it, and making vroom vroom noises, the 2-3 shift feels pretty positive. No idea how it will feel once everything is spinning though.
