If your not going to use screw do not use a tube. I ran et streets with no rim screws. I ran 11.78 with a 1.61 60' in a 3800lb car. I would use a magic marker to put a line on the tire and rim. Checked after every run. the most the tire moved was about 1". Never had any problem with them moveing that little bit. Now at 10's i ended up scewing them.
