It all depends on if you have a deluxe or standard interior if you want it to be correct.
A standard interior will have a flat door panel with heat pressed seams running up and down and a strip of chrome running across the upper part of the panel from side to side. The standard interior seats have pleats running up and down the seats with buttons in the leanback just below the headrest section.
A deluxe style interior door panel will be padded and have carpet along the bottom with a pocket in the carpet near the front and a strip of chrome running in an almost circular shape on the door panel that surrounds the door handle, arm rest, and etc. The seats in a deluxe style for 78 will have the "pillow inserts and pleats going across the seats.
