The 2 plugs are for the holes in the front fenders. The four clips are spaced out down the length of the rocker panel. The first one mounts at the front end of the rocker panel (not the rocker moulding) just behind the front fender. The longer clips hook on the bottom edge of the trim (after the mouldings have been hung on the other clips) and then screw into the bottom of the rocker panel just behind the bottom edge. The long clips are located approximately ( working from memory here ) near the front and rear of the doors. If body work hasn't been done to your car you should be able to see or feel the holes from the old trim.
