Not trying to throw cold water, but the first call I would suggest making is to your insurance agent. When both of my children turned 16 (both wanted Firebirds); the answer from the insurance company was no! Not yes if the youngster is in the upper 3 percent of their high school class; not yes if you pay the GNP of the USA monthly; but no; nnnnn ooooo.

If you get a yes, then make sure she gets driver education, and put the Q-Jet with the disconnected secondaries and single exhaust on the car for the first year. After that??????
