Matt,

Go for a drive, warm the engine to operating temp. When you get home, spray the manifold bolts with penetrating oil, it will smoke, but don't worry too much. Let the engine cool for 1-2 hours, then spray the bolts again. The next morning, put your wrench on the bolts and go to town. I did this with 34 year installed bolts, and had no problem. Good luck!
