Personally, I think 215/60/15's would be too short (25.2").
I'd recommend something over 26" tall myself.
215/65 or a 235 (both 26.1") or 245/60 (26.6") would do the trick on a 15" rim.
Factory was about 26.5".
I personally don't like the white letter tires on our cars - I would go with either a redline radial (they are available in the sizes I listed) or blackwall in a real sticky tread compound (at 3,000 miles per year, who cares about long tread life - the tires will dry rot before we wear them out...
).
