I recently purchased a pair of NOS s/s rocker panels from this company following telephone conversations and e-mails with owner Frank Delarzelere. The NOS panels (no pics) were described as having "light" pitting which any competent polisher could buff to show condition.

They arrived well wrapped 10 days later and upon examination, heavy pitting was evident . When I informed Frank, he kept repeating "that any good polisher could take care of those "minor" pits and insisted that they were NOS and that are no others to be found".

To be sure , I showed the rocker panels to two local polishers that have done xlnt work for me in the past and they agreed that heavy grinding would be required which would warp the panels .

When I notified Frank, he got very hot and initially refused to refund the purchase price of $400, stating "that they are not guaranteed and try to find any that are better".

Not wishing to shortchange anyone, but adamant about a refund, I then told Frank that I would have no choice but to place this charge into dispute with my credit card company.

Frank responded with " I will refund your f++kin money and don't even bother to ship the f**kin panels back to me". He then banged down the phone ! Apparently, if I don't like them, no one will

Looks like I dodged a bullet .
