After 2 emails, I finally got ahold of the guy. We negotiated an agreeable settlement & I posted positive.
Guess the honest players will make things right even though thay say "all sales final"-- scary words--.
I usually just tend to avoid the combat of arguing over defective goods. And never go back to that place---
