It is hard to tell by the picture but to me the ports don't look wide enough to require a 0.250" off set rocker arm.

Also been told they are only about 310 cc runner volume !

Interesting to compare, I have a set of 72cc Edelbrock castings that have the ports raised to match a tall 2.320" SCE gasket (a Felpro 1233 is about 2.200" tall) and using a 0.170" off set rocker they have been widened only enough to completely remove the pushrod bulge... they are not "wide port" heads by any means and the intake runner volume 234 cc's.
Also they have also been opened up to accomodate 2.150" intake valves.
