if you wanna keep this cam u at least need a 2500 stall converter minimum, and 3.73s minimum. your timing should be around 34-38* i think 40 is too high. the timing makes a huge difference, i drove around with too much timing, and it ran ok, then Todd1035 unplugged the vacuum advance and the timing curve was perfect, and it runs great now.
