Richard: For those of us who need color pictures and small words to understand things, the Feb. '02 issue of Car Craft has an article on page 62 about sleeving a block. On page 63, picture #10 shows a graphic depiction of a cylinder that had been rebuilt without torque plates.
If LAS is lousy for builders, truck it to L.A. to a "Good" builder.
