You know I have been workin on pontiacs for almost 20 yrs now.......so truth be told... I AM STUPID!
I have never seen a hydralic lifter that looked like this one...oh wellllll..anyhow the motor is back together and the HYDRALIC lifters are adjusted and all are quiet.This 455 really runs now!14 inches of vacum at idle and a lopey idle... did a small power brake in reverse...HOLY CRAP....almost took out the garage door.roadtest coming soon.
