Scott, I only brace up the convertibles or consider the brace important on really rusty cars. Extremely important if you are putting the body in a rotisseri...The '70 LeMans shell I pulled today only had a pinhole of rust in the rear window channel, it was easy. I have a real tough time finding them like this anymore.
