Hmmm, I like Sherrod's method.

I have an engine hoist ready for lifting the front. Probably cherry pick the cowl.

I have a floor jack for the back-end. jack it up and stand-up some 4x4 wood posts in each wheelwell.

Roll the frame out the back? I see the Front suspension wil get in the way. Justa reposition more 4x4s when the front suspension is ready to knock the 4x4s in the 1/4wells.
