Here are the flow numbers for the #16 heads that are on my 65 LeMans, and the 6X heads on my 67 LeMans. These numbers are @28 in. H20 and were flowed by Dave Bisschop on his Super Flow 600.

Although these numbers might not be all that impressive I think they are a tad more flow than a stock round port.
The 6X heads have more in them with a little more work.
