Hey guys, doesn't Jim Hand run in the high 11s with a RAIV cam w/Rhoads lifters/ported #64 heads/3.31 gears/modified stock iron intake and a 10" Continental 'Jim Hand special' converter? He has a fairly heavy A-body wagon, weighs about 3850 w/o driver. Runs a full exhaust with 4-tube headers and the Dr Gas 'X' crossover too.

I know his combo is very well-refined, but it can be duplicated with some careful work and dedication.

11s with exhaust manifolds. Hmmmm....a tall order but MAY be possible if they were Ram Air repros with the large 2-1/2" or 3" outlet, Extrude-Honed ($500 ) for increased header-like flow.

Let's go racing!
