I find it perplexing how the response goes from "Try to find a nicer piece for the price. No refunds" to "I will gladly refund your money, including freight", when the complaint is made public.
Unless "tripower" is lying about this initial statement by "sd7369", then the succession of events here proves that this "Unofficial BBB" serves its purpose well.
