At that weekly price you can buy one.
Another thing you can do is make a frame with 4X4 lumber and hang a chain fall from it.
Years ago I made one in my parents garage by using the 2X12 joists in the garage and supporting them on each side of the car with 4X4 posts to the floor. Hung a chain fall from the joist, and roll the car underneath. worked well, just be safe.
