I don't think you would want to do that. The Pico injectors are available in sizes up to 44 lb/hr which will support over 600hp so why would you want to do it? The rails are canted inward toward the throttle body so longer injectors will cause interference between the rails and the TB unless perhaps, you go with a 90° elbow and use a 90mm TB like the newer cars use.
The Victor style manifolds use conventional style injectors. The Holley TBs have a height of only 2 1/4" so you have a total height less than an RPM manifold and carb.
