I don't think anyone cryo treated anything in the 60's for a SD car, much less a production car.
I'd run 400+ gross HP on that gear in a 3000 lb race weight car after treatment. No worries. In fact, I'd say it's not much crazier then running 650 HP through a stock MOPAR 8 3/4 in a 3800 lb race weight car. Been there done that.
Someone less lazy than I will have to do the math.
