If I re-call the wiper motor is two speed.On the very top of the assembly under the hood should be 3 connections.Low speed,High Speed,Common.

Use a VOM (volt/ohm meter) and check between the low to common,then the high to common on the motor itself.Both shoud give a resitance reading (but not the same with each-other) If either reads 0 or OL,it means that the winding for that speed is open.

If you don't have a meter.Run a jumper wire from 12v Pos side of the battery to your Low connection on the wiper motor,also run a jumper from the Common side of the wiper motor to either ground or the point on the connector that coinsides with Common. The motor SHOULD run.

Do this for both speeds.
