I had this happen on my 400 right after my rebuild 6 years ago. Had a piece of rust stick a needle open and hydralic the motor, bend a push rod and chewed it up. I fished 4 of the 5 pieces out of the oil pan with a magnetic telescope. Found the 5th when I rebuilt the motor last year.
