I'd suggest a 110v wire feed welder.
They're actually easy to learn, especially if prior welding experience.
Plasma cutters are neat, but not really practical for auto body work, unless you're working on bare metal through out.
( I sold mine because of this reason )
If you have a good air supply available..
I'd recommend investing in an air powered saber saw.
a good 3/8ths. air drill.
a couple of spot weld cutters with replaceable cutter bits.
About 6 extra cutter bits.
1/8th. inch drill bits.
An air chisel (also known as air hammer)
I prefer to use a modified muffler bit in mine.
The muffler bits are a flat blade with a half round cutting face.
I regrind my cutting face to where it's more of an angled round cut.
