Robert, first off, while I'm thinking of it, you spoke of difficulty mastering English. Do you have spell-check on your computer? It would help you immensely. On your other subject, the only dumb question is the one you don't ask. PHS is not always so easy to decipher if you are not savvy to the lingo.
