Well another example is I paid $6,500 for my Judge project. PHS documented, numbers matching engine and M20 trans, no ram air parts, no exhaust manifolds, no carb, no radiater,hood was shot, 1/4s needed on patch panel, fenders needed some work - not really bad, floor boards needed 1/4 replaced, trunk needed a section welded in. Rear window channel needed to be completely rebuilt. Interior was totally destroyed and needed everything including dash pad. Rear bumper needed replacing, incorrect wheels on the car.

It was a real mess! Sad to see such a classic car in that condition..

Two years and $17,000 later it is finished and on the road - a complete frame off job. Total investment - $23,500 - but she's a beauty!
