You could use air shocks that use the little hoses that connect to an air valve. All you do is pump air in, and the rear comes up. Costs about $60 for both shocks and about an hour to install. The kit comes with all you need. It's also available over the counter. I put some on my Cat, and it got the ride height just right. Also, the ride is quite nice as well.
