No man, They are custom made pistons, I gave the piston manufactor the spec of my rod lenght, deck height, cc of chamber and head gasket thickness and got a piston designed to get a 9.5 to 1 ratio. Jeez I put pics up for peolpe to enjoy and get my head bit off. I got too much time invested and money not to waste by goofing up on a compression issue!!!!! </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Dude, relax! Nobody's biting any heads off. I was curious as to how you arrived at those numbers! I asked a few questions...SFW. You posted your combo, and some pics, and you don't want to answer any questions about it??! I still am not sure how you are getting the numbers you are claiming. But, I guess either it's "Top Secret", or you're not really sure. Either way...I'd be interested in your time slips. If you don't want to share your info, then why post the combo and pics in the first place? What did they do to your custom pistons that will allow you to achieve 9.5:1 CR in a .060 over 400 with 102cc chambers...if they are not domed?? Seriously, I'm curious! I agree that you'll need a bit more compression based on MY calculations to pull off some serious time slips with that 400. Good luck with it! (Not being sarcastic)
