Go with GTOPhils recommendation for more power than stock or the RAIV with Rhoads lifters for a fairly hot 400. My '65 GTO 3858# with 3.55 rear, 2500 rpm convertor did 12.70 going through the traps at 4900 rpm with a performer intake and RAIV cam
