Tom, In the Aug 2000 PHR in the Tech section, there is a question that reads to the effect of: We are building a 9 sec class car that now has to run mufflers. They advise about lenght of pipe before the mufflers then Add this: "We also recommend running a balance(crossover) pipe when ever possible. In some racing app's this can be a real pain, but the gains are worth the extra effort". Things that make you go HUMMMM!
